Avocado mousse is a great and nutritious dessert that you can feel good about. I decided to put a twist on avocado mousse and spice it up, literally. Have you ever had Mexican Hot Chocolate? Well, welcome to the mousse version. Even if you don't like spice, why not give it a try? It's very subtle and your taste buds will thank you.
This is a very simple and quick recipe that you can eat it right away. Start by peeling your avocado, remove the pit and just cut it up into small pieces. Now, add all of your ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth (you may need to scrape the sides a few times). All that's left is to serve and enjoy! Try this in my homemade date/oat pie crust or just mixed with some fresh berries.
