I don't know about you, but I have chocolate cravings all the time. I mean, it's getting kind of ridiculous. My mom suggested an egg cream, which is just milk, seltzer and chocolate syrup. How easy is that? To cut down the calories, my version uses almond milk and lite chocolate syrup. Yum!
This recipe is so easy! Start by stirring in a teaspoon of chocolate syrup in 1/4 cup of almond milk or low-fat milk. Then, pour in 3/4 cup of seltzer. Feel free to add more chocolate syrup, you can never have too much! Now just sip and enjoy.
