Sweet potato fries are a great addition to any meal. Whether you're having chicken, fish, burgers or tofu, swap out regular fries for this healthy baked version! Feel free to change it up to fit your tastes.
Start by preheating your oven to 450 degrees. Cut up the sweet potatoes to your desired thickness (the thinner the crispier). Spray a baking sheet with Coconut Oil Spray. Then, toss your fries in salt, pepper and garlic powder, place on the baking sheet and spray with coconut oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through. If you make your fries really thick, you may need to cook them longer. Once they're done, enjoy! If you happen to have any leftovers, have them as a healthy snack!
